Next City: Newark Developers Adjusting to New Inclusionary Zoning Mandate

Francis J. Giantomasi was featured in a Next City article titled, "Newark Developers Adjusting to New Inclusionary Zoning Mandate." The story takes a closer look at Newark's Inclusionary Zoning for Affordable Housing ordinance – an amendment to Title 41 of the Newark Zoning and Land Use Regulations requiring that 20% of units in new residential developments of 30 units of more be affortable – and steps local developers are taking as they adapt to the new mandate.
