Scott Hollander is a litigator who concentrates his practice in the fields of complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations.


Scott has handled a wide variety of diverse matters involving civil litigation in state and federal courts. Scott regularly handles cases involving business disputes, probate litigation, Consumer Fraud and Franchise Practices Act claims and construction litigation. Scott has also successfully represented corporations undertaking internal investigations, as well as corporations and individuals in criminal investigations brought by the United States Attorney’s Office.

Scott was selected for inclusion in the 2015-2020 editions of New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Stars.

Scott joined the firm as an associate in 2010. Previously he was a summer associate with the firm.

He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an associate notes editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. He graduated with a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan.
