Gianni A. Corleone is an associate with the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group experienced in the areas of land use planning and approvals, property tax appeals, foreclosures, insurance issues and agreements for options, leases and purchases.
Her background includes handling land use applications to local zoning and planning boards and preparing final resolutions related to approvals. She has represented lenders in complex commercial real estate transactions, as well as local government in county tax appeal hearings.
Prior to joining the firm, Gianni practiced with Ballard Spahr LLP. Earlier in her career, she participated in a dual clerkship with the Honorable Paula T. Dow, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Court in Burlington County, and the New Jersey Courts Office of Foreclosure. She also held a judicial internship with the Honorable Cathy L. Wasserman of the New Jersey Superior Court.
Gianni received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.A., with honors, from Rutgers University.
