Brooke Emery is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group. Brooke focuses her practice on the representation of purchasers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of real estate transactions. Her practice also concentrates on real property tax exemptions and abatements, property tax appeals, and redevelopment law.
Brooke started her legal career at the firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP as an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Brooke earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was elected president of the Women’s Law Forum and served as a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. While in law school, Brooke interned for the Office of the Attorney General in Trenton, NJ.
