Adriane Price is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Group. She represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including equipment leasing and asset based lending, complex commercial disputes, and civil matters in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. On behalf of her clients, Adriane plays a key role in all phases of the litigation process, including motion practice, discovery, depositions and trial.
Adriane received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Conflict Resolution Law Journal, staff member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board and Vice President of the International Law Society. She was also a member of the Women’s Law Forum, and an active participant in the Rutgers Domestic Violence Advocacy Program. She received her B.A. cum laude from Columbia University.
Prior to joining the firm, Adriane was an associate at Clark Guldin Attorneys at Law.
